If ever there was a TV series that was begging to be the basis of a video game, that series would be Into the Badlands with its well-built world and multiplicity of martial arts fighting styles.
It should come as no surprise, then, that AMC and Reliance Games have partnered to develop Into the Badlands Blade Battle – a Massively Multiplayer Martial Arts Mobile Game.
Launching early this year, the game will feature characters from the series ‘engaging in isometric one vs. many combat.’
Details follow the break.

Sony’s next gen console, the PS4 Pro finally hits the streets today. I was tempted to purchase one, but the lack of a 4K UHD drive made this a no go. Yes, I know Sony is pushing this system as a game console first, which isn’t a bad way to go but there aren’t any original games available for it launch; just a bunch of titles being patched to take advantage of the system’s 4K up-scaling and increased processing capabilities. Gamers who don’t have a 4K tv can benefit from the PS4 Pro’s super charged processors and improved graphics chops.
My LG 4K OLED already upscales everything so I’m not sure what the point would be for me. I have no desire to replay my old games, just because they may look prettier. Next year when games are designed with the Pro in mind it may be worth a pickup. The console retails for $400 and is available now. Here’s the official press release with all your tech specs.

I love me some Call of Duty! I think it’s one of the few game franchises where I beat every single player campaign since the beginning. Batman Arkham series is the only other franchise that holds that personal milestone. I’m not to enamored with the idea of COD in space, but Modern Warfare: Remastered? Hell Yeah. I want.
PS4 fans who pre-ordered the deluxe edition can now play a remastered Modern Warfare Level now, a full month ahead of everyone else. Meaning all you snot nosed brats will once again be fully leveled up before the rest of us mere mortals. I wish they’d bring back Nazi’s. Can we have Nazi’s in space, or Time Travel COD?

I never thought I’d utter the words “Zombies In Space,” but the folks at Activision have managed to bring us Zombies In Space in this fall’s upcoming Call of Duty: Infinite War trailer. I know people love to crap on the COD series but it is still my favorite shooter of all time and other than last year’s installment one of the few franchises (maybe the only one – after Batman Arkham) that I actually beat every campaign.
I really wish they’d bring back my Nazi’s, I hate the modern warfare villains. But hey, we have Zombies in Space! Check out the trailer. They get bonus points for using a little Frankie Goes To Hollywood!

It looks gorgeous people! I love the new costume! Take a gander. The game isn’t coming out until sometime next year, probably when the movie is released.

Call of Duty: Black Ops III Eclipse, the second DLC pack for the No. 1 top-selling console video game of 2015, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, is now available on PlayStation 4 with other next-gen platforms to follow. Should I sue Activision for stealing our name?
Eclipse features four new multiplayer maps: Spire, Rift, Knockout, and Verge (a re-imagining of the Call of Duty: World at War classic, Banzai). In addition to new maps, Eclipse features an all-new Zombies experience that immerses players in an undead World War II Pacific theater.
