USA Network’s recently debuted series Eyewitness, based on an original Norwegian project called Øyevitne, is a nice departure from the supernatural/sci-fi/superhero fare that I normally wallow in. The 10-episode anthology series at times is tight procedural that threatens to spiral out of control with it’s multi-level conspiracies and double crosses but somehow maintains equilibrium throughout the 10 episodes.
Oxygen will marathon the first six episodes of USA Network thriller Eyewitness on Monday, November 21st. Follow the jump for episode descriptions.
USA Network will air the final four episodes on Sunday nights at 10/9C).
Season 6.2 of Suits is set to rerun in late January, picking things up immediately following events of the fall finale – which is to say, in the midst of chaos, with Pearson Specter Litt in the hands of managing partners Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) following Jessica Pearson’s departure.
Suits returns on Wednesday, January 25, 2017.
With its first season finale set to air on September 15th, USA has announced its order of a second season of Queen of the South. Details follow the break.
Earlier this week I had a chance to participate in an intimate conference call (only 4 others) with Veronica Falcon of USA Network’s latest series Queen of the South. In the series Veronica plays Camila Vargas, a ruthless Mexican cartel lord. Veronica is a well known Mexican actress, but this is her first big American role. QOS debuted on USA Network last week and airs Thursday nights. Check your local time.
Mr. Robot, with its completely unreliable narrator and conspiracy to take down Evil corp., was one of the best and strangest shows on TV last year.
The new trailer for Mr Robot Season 2.0 reminds us that season one was only the beginning – and that things can get much stranger from here. Check it out after the jump. Mr. Robot returns July 13th.
One of USA Network’s big gets for the 2016-17 season was Shooter – an excellent thriller of a novel by Stephen Hunter – the story of a top-flight sniper who went off the grid when he returned home from the war and is sought for a dangerous mission that turns out far differently than he could ever have imagined.
Falling Water (pictured above), on the other hand, is a series that is built on the premise that our dreams are not unique to us but, rather, a kind of open world in which we can move from our dreams into someone else’s – kind of Inception cubed.
Check out the first teasers for both shows following the jump.
USA Network’s surprise hit and critical darling – Mr. Robot won the George Foster Peabody Award in the 75thAnnual Peabody Awards competition. Praised for its culturally resonant storylines, Mr. Robot was recognized as part of the entertainment group for its outstanding achievement in television.
When last we saw Elliot, he had just precipitated a global financial attack – or had he? Given his precarious mental state, can we say anything definitive about anything that happened in season one of Mr. Robot?
A new trailer for season two of USA Network’s most unexpected hit series suggests that no matter what we think happened last season, we might be wrong – or, things could be even worse. Check it out after the break.

Colony’s very own Tory Kittles (Broussard) sits down to discuss his experience on the show this season and maybe a tease or two of what’s to come for his character and the resistance.
Broussard (Tory Kittles) questions his mentor, while separately Katie (Sarah Wayne Callies) feels cut off from her family and her cell. During his hunt for the Resistance, Will (Josh Holloway) comes even closer to discovering the truth. Up in the Green Zone, Maddie (Amanda Righetti) finds herself entangled in a seductive relationship.
