Memorable Trailer: Rememory!

Gordon Dunn is found dead shortly after he unveils his latest invention – a machine that can extract, record and play back a person’s memories.

No long after that, a mysterious man appears, steals the machine and sets out to find out who killed Dunn.

Rememory stars Peter Dinklage and the mysterious man, Julia Ormond as Carolyn Dunn and Martin Donovan as Dunn. It premieres free, for a limited time, on GooglePlay on August 24th, and in theaters on September 8th.

We Have Been Penetrated Trailer: Unlocked!

Noomi Rapace (the original and best Lizbeth Salander) is CIA agent AliceRacine – stuck on desk duty in London after failing to apprehend the man behind a terrorist in Paris.

She is unexpectedly called back into the field by her mentor, Eric Lasch (Michael Douglas) after new intel indicates a new attack.

Unlocked also stars Orlando Bloom, Toni Collette and John Malkovich.

The action-packed first trailer is pretty intense. Unlocked premieres in select theaters and on demand on September 1st.

Hunting Accident Trailer: First Kill!

Nic Cage Keeps Churning Them Out Trailer: Inconceivable!

A mysterious young woman, Katie (Nicky Whelan), and her daughter move to a new town to escape her past and quickly befriends Angela Morgan (Gina Gershon), a mother of one who longs for a bigger family. As their lives become intricately entwined, Angela and her husband, Brian, (Nicolas Cage), invite Katie to live in their guest-house to serve as their nanny.

Over time, the blossoming friendship between the two women spirals into a dangerous obsession as Katie becomes overly attached to the Morgans’ daughter. Enduring lies and manipulations, Angela and Brian realize that sweet Katie is actually trying to destroy their family from within.

Mel Gibson Gives Blood Father an Unexpected Poignancy!

‘…but you can’t be a prick all your life and then just say never mind.

I can’t fix everything I broke… all I can do is not drink, so I won’t do that today.’

Mel Gibson’s John Link says these words at the beginning of Blood Father, but the conviction with which he says them could be a reflection of his own thinking. It’s a movie, so we’ll never know for sure, but even acknowledging Gibson’s problems in such a roundabout way adds some poignancy to what is otherwise could have been a standard B-movie thriller.
