Summer Is Back With Home Video Release of Mission: Impossible – Fallout!

Mission: Impossible – Fallout is unique in several ways: it’s the first time a writer-director has done two consecutive IMF missions; it’s the first time an entry in the series is a direct sequel to the previous one; it’s the first entry in which its star suffered an injury severe enough for the film to take an eight-week hiatus, and it’s the second straight entry to feature a female character – Ilsa Faust – who is as good at her job as Ethan Hunt is at his.

It’s also a non-stop rush – and really puts the impossible in Mission: Impossible.

I’m Twelve! Trailer: The Kid Who Would Be King!

So, when Arthur returns it’s as a twelve-year old public school kid?

While The Kid Who Would Be King sounds like it could be a grade Z waste of time, the talent behind it suggests it could be a surprisingly good movie – Joe Cornish (Attack the Block) wrote and directed; Louis Ashbourne Serkis (SS-GB, Taboo) is Alex; Patrick Stewart (ST:TNG, Ted) is Merlin, and Rebecca Ferguson (the last two Mission: Impossible films) is Morgana.

The Kid Who Would Be King opens on January 25, 2019.

Mission: Impossible – Fallout – HALO Jump Stunt Behind The Scenes!

It’s official – Tom Cruise is a crazy person!

Only a crazy person would jump from a plane at 25,000 feet and open their parachute at 2,000 feet FOR A MOVIE! (Not to mention whoever it is that’s operating the camera has to be equally nuts!)

Mission: Impossible – Fallout opens on July 27th.

After the times his country has betrayed him; disavowed him; cast him aside – how long before a man like that has had enough?

Good question!

Rebecca Ferguson returns in Mission: Impossible – Fallout to give Tom Cruise’s Ethan Hunt someone to keep him on his toes.

Mission: Impossible – Fallout will be in theaters on June 27th.

Elegantly Grotesque Trailer: The Snowman!

‘You could have saved them. I gave you all the clues,’ reads a note that appears early on in the first trailer for The Snowman – based on the bestselling mystery novel by Jo Nesbo.

When a woman is killed at first snow, Harry Hole (Michael Fassbender) fears it marks the return of a notorious serial killer.

The trailer is unsettling in its sere elegant grotesqueness (a snowman near the end is particularly unnerving).

The Snowman will be in theaters on October 20th.
