Meetings Can Be Murder! Character Posters Released for The Belko Experiment!

You know those motivational posters you can find in a lot of workspaces? Well, Belko Industries has a few of those, too – and they are singularly appropriate. On the following gallery, double click to embiggen.

In a twisted social experiment, a group of 80 Americans are locked in their high-rise corporate office in Bogata, Colombia and ordered by an unknown voice coming from the company’s intercom system to participate in a deadly game of kill or be killed.

If the employees kill 30 of their own, the rest will go free; if they don’t, they are told that 60 will be killed. It’s up to them which happens.

The Belko Experiment opens on March 17th.

Snippets of Reviews Trailer: The Belko Experiment!

In an interview I did with James Gunn for the DVD release of Slither (a brilliant horror-comedy), I learned that he was as much a fan as a writer/director/producer – which is why his script for Zack Snyder’s Day of the Dead remake is so cool and why his guardians of the Galaxy for Marvel is so brilliant.

He just gets the genre.

The Belko Experiment boasts a script by Gunn and is directed by Wolf Creek’s Greg McLean, so it’s small wonder that the first trailer was so good.

Now a second trailer has been released that includes snippets from some reviews – the best noting that The Belko Experiment is a mix of Battle Royale and Office Space. It, too, is a terrific trailer.

The Belko Experiment premieres on March 17th.

Blood Red Red Band Trailer: The Belko Experiment!

belko

James Gunn, the madman behind Slither, Super and Guardians of the Galaxy has a new film called The Belko Experiment. It posits a ‘social experiment’ that requires people to kill to stay alive – in the Bogota offices of a company that has an intriguingly nebulous mission statement.

Check out the red band trailer after the jump. The Belko Experiment opens on March 17, 2017. Written by Gunn, the film is directed by Wolf Creek’s Greg McLean.
