The Magicians (Wednesdays, 9/8C) returns with our protagonists still stuck in a world without magic – mostly – but there are glimmerings that the situation can be reversed…
Syfy has announced its panel and screening schedule for Comic-Con 2017.
Highlights include the Battlestar Galactica reunion, panels for new series Krypton and Happy!, and screenings of episodes of Channel Zero: No-End House and Blood Drive.
The penultimate episode of The Magicians: Season Two (Syfy, Wednesdays, 10/9C) finds Eliot banished from Fillory; Quentin and Julia have broken Alice’s shade out of Underworld; Josh found himself high-fiving an Eliot who was suddenly not there); King Idri and a good many Fillorians are rats, and Senator Gaines has reached his limit with his dad.
In other words, same stuff, different day.
Syfy has announced the renewal of The Magicians ahead of tonight penultimate episode of Season Two (10/9C) – probably because the series has grown its audience in every demographic.

After much acclaim and due to popular demand, the mystical world of Syfy’s hit seriesThe Magicians (Wednsdays9/8C) on display at the Hall of Magic will remain open for an uninterrupted 36 final hours on closing weekend.
During the interactive presentation, visitors will be able to, as the Dean of Brakebill’s put it, ‘do some Goddamn magic!’
Reservations are not required from 10 PM on Saturday through 10 AM on Sunday– tickets are currently sold out for normal hours, but walk-ins are encouraged.
