It’s been twenty years since Ellen Degeneres’ sitcom Ellen gobsmacked the North American continent with The Puppy Episode (Parts I & II) – the episodes in which Ellen – the character and the actor – came out in primetime.

Ellen: The Puppy Episode: Parts I & II (and all the episodes of the series) are now available to stream, for free, in the Throwbacks section of the ABC app.

Ultimate Argument Red Band Trailer: Wilson!

Based on the Daniel Clowes graphic novel, Wilson tells the story of Wilson, a honest misanthrope with absolutely no filters who discovers he has a teenage daughter and sets out to find her.

Like the graphic novel, the movie – and hence the trailer (which follows the jump) – should be considered NSFW.

Wilson will be in theaters on March 24, 2017.

Nimble Trailer: Bravetown!

Life, death, war, peace, acceptance, forgiveness, getting lost in the dance – Bravetown is a story that embraces many themes as its lost protagonist comes to terms with his past and begins to let others into his life after he is ordered to undergo counseling.

Of course, there’s there more to it than that – a small town, high school, an estranged father, a girl – but this is not Footloose and these are not the same pat series of vents.
