Three people – a historian, Lucy Preston (Abigail Spencer) a Delta Force soldier, Wyatt Logan (Matt Lanter) and a pilot, Rufus Carlin (Malcolm Barrett) – are send back to stop him. They are not completely successful.

Daniel Holden served 19 years on death row before being released on a ‘DNA technicality.’ At the end of the show’s third season, he was banished from his hometown as part of a plea deal.

The Forger is, as they say, in select theaters and on VOD beginning today. It’s a variation on a story we’ve seen before – an ex-con is manipulated into doing one more job.
In this case, the ex-con is an art forger and the manipulation is the favor he owes the man who gets him out of prison early so he can spend time with his dying son.
