AUSTIN, TX – September 15, 2015  – Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with programming guaranteed to inspire pride all-month long when El Rey Network presents content celebrating the Latin Community’s achievements both in front and behind the camera. Beginning September 16th, El Rey Network will air a selection of short films created by Latino independent filmmakers as part of NALIP’s (National Association of Latino Independent Producers) LATINO LENS Filmmaker Showcase , iconic films from Hispanic directors including Luis Valdez’s  La Bamba and network founder Robert Rodriguez’s  The Mexico Trilogy (El Mariachi, Desperado, Once Upon a Time in Mexico) featuring stars such as Elizabeth Pe?a, Eiza Morales, Antonio Banderas, Salma Hayek, Eva Mendez, Danny Trejo, Cheech Marin and more, as well as encore presentations of ‘El Rey Network Presents: The Director’s Chair’ featuring exclusive sit-downs with Robert Rodriguez and Latino pioneers in the film industry Luis Valdez (La Bamba, Zoot Suit) and Guillermo del Toro (Pan’s Labyrinth, Hellboy, The Strain,) and all new episodes of the network original series ‘From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series’ featuring returning cast members, Jesse Garcia, Eiza González,  Wilmer Valderrama, Danny Trejo and  Esai Morales.

Description: Martin convinces his best friend Jake to steal a car, so that he can pick up a girl.
