“White Oleander” is an oddly uninvolving film
about mother/daughter relationships. The star
of the film is someone new – Alison Lohman
who receives top billing; everyone else is in a
supporting role. Acting is very good and lead
might get oscar nomination as well as
Michelle Pfeiffer (as supporting). Sex,
language, and violence are minimal.
