NYCC 2015: VIZ Media Adds Seven Titles For 2016!

VIZ Media announced the acquisition of seven new manga titles for 2016 at New York Comic Con 2015: the supernatural/fantasy/action series 7th Garden (above), Black Clover and Monster Hunter, the sports series Haikuyu!! and Kuroko’s Basketball, and a pair of shojo series, Everyone’s Getting Married and Yona of the Dawn.

NYCC 2015: TNT Dazzles With Legends, The Librarians and Agent X!

TNT hit New York Comic-Con 2015 this week with three of its fall shows. On Thursday, Sean Bean and executive producer Ken Biller screened the first episode of the completely reimagined spy thriller Legends. On Friday, Rebecca Romijn and the cast of The Librarians took the stage with executive producer Dean Devlin to talk about the second season of the blockbuster hit. And Jeff Hephner popped in to introduce and sneak peek of TNT’s spy drama Agent X (above).

New York Comic Con 2016: Dark Horse Announces New Lone Wolf and Cub Series!

In 2000, Dark Horse Comics brought Lone Wolf & Cub back to North America after its original American publisher went out of business.

The classic manga series followed the exploits of samurai Lone Wolf and Cub – Ogami Itt? and his infant son Daiguro – as Lone Wolf and Cub – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Itt? sought vengeance for the death of his wife.

In Lone Wolf 2100, Eric Heisserer (Shaper) and artist Miguel Sepulveda (Red Lanterns, Action Comics) reimagine the series in a time when a plague has devastated the planet and only the blood of young Daisy Ogami holds the secret ofr a cure – and her android protector, Itto, must get her to a place where it can be extracted.

Dark Horse Announces Two Titles From Van Jensen for 2016!

Some of the conspiracy theories out there are true! The grassy knoll? Check! The Roswell crash? Check! The Philadelphia Experiment? Check! Even better/worse, the same secret society was behind them all!

Now members of the group are being killed and in order to stop the killing they have to find out who’s behind it – and why they’re doing it.

Dark Horse Comics announced Cryptocracy – from writer Van Jensen (The Flash, Green Lantern Corps) and artist Pete Woods (Action Comics) – this morning, along with another Jensen title, Two Dead (with artist Nate Johnson, March) at New York Comic Con 2015. Follow the jump for details.

TNT & TBS Stars Loom Large for New York Comic Con 2015!

TNT & TBS are bringing  stars from five of their most anticipated upcoming shows to New York Comic Con 2015 in October.

Sean Bean (Legends); Rashida Jones, Jere Burns and Andree Vermeulen (Angie Tribeca); Rebecca Romijn, Christian Kane, John Kim, Lindy Booth, John Larroquette (The Librarians), Jason Jones, also executive producer (The Detour) and Jeff Hephner (Agent X) will all be attending to take part in panels and sneak peeks.

Also in attendance for the panel discussions will be a number of executive producers: Ken Biller (Legends), John Rogers (The Librarians), Samantha Bee (The Detour) and Ira Ungerlieder (Angie Tribeca). Follow the jump for details.

Shadowhunters, Stitchers & PLL Lead ABC Family To New York Comic-Con!
