I saw this one on Tuesday, no review from me but here are some thoughts:
*It was more like a “Disney Original Movie” (made for tv) then it was meant for theatres.
*No sane adult would go unless they have children that are dying to see it.
*Sets are poorly/cheaply done and acting was a joke.
*Connotations meant for adults were pathetic, shrek was supreme ruler in this area. One comment by “Mother Earth,” and acquaintance of Santa Clause: “Don’t mess with me, I’m pre el-nino.” Yeah it was sad like that. :hs:
*A stupid plot and even more pathetic were the jokes thrown in.
Overall this gets a C. If you have a young child then you can bring him/her because the children did seem to somewhat enjoy it. Most adults were compulsively checking their watches. I would just wait around for Treasure Planet, which has more potential than this one. You know how terrible sequels have been and this is really no exception. 🙄
