In an interview I did with James Gunn for the DVD release of Slither (a brilliant horror-comedy), I learned that he was as much a fan as a writer/director/producer – which is why his script for Zack Snyder’s Day of the Dead remake is so cool and why his guardians of the Galaxy for Marvel is so brilliant.

He just gets the genre.

The Belko Experiment boasts a script by Gunn and is directed by Wolf Creek’s Greg McLean, so it’s small wonder that the first trailer was so good.

Now a second trailer has been released that includes snippets from some reviews – the best noting that The Belko Experiment is a mix of Battle Royale and Office Space. It, too, is a terrific trailer.

The Belko Experiment premieres on March 17th.
