For fans of the cult classic, there is good news. The Disney flick was released this week on UMD in Japan and is slated to hit the states on June 21. Kinda strange, a film about video games can now be seen on a video game that plays films. How’s that for serious circuit-karma ?

Did anyone see this? With Alec Baldwin and Matthew Broderick? I thought it was actually pretty humorous – more could have been done with it, but I did enjoy it.

“Mad Hot Ballroom” is a documentary about mostly low income NYC children learning ballroom dancing. It follows several groups during the 10 week training program and city-wide competitions.
