Murder By Numbers

Sandra Bullock as the only detective who’s smart enough to figure out that the murder she’s investigating was committed by two teenage boys who seem to have alibis and no evidence to link them to the crime.

This movie was decent enough (if a little too long, it runs at 2 hours and should’ve shaved at least 10 minutes off it’s runtime). It had a couple of funny moments (intentional) and the teenage boys are more interesting than the stars combined
( Bullock and Ben Chaplin, he in particular seemed to sleep through the whole movie ).

The dvd has the trailer, cast & crew filmography, and a commentary by the director and film editor, which I listened to a few minutes of, but doesn’t add much to the story. If you understood the movie, you don’t need to listen to the commentary.
