Don’t forget to catch the two best shows on TV tonight, Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Smallville.
After an extremely disappointing season last year, Buffy seems to be getting back on track this year. While the first two episodes weren’t stellar, they did remind me of why I like the show so much. And the production values this season seem to have returned.
Smallville on the otherhand, while I still like the show, and adore Chloe and Lex. The show is starting to bore me real quick. It’s like NOTHING on the show ever changes or progresses. I hate the Lana Lang character. At the moment you can miss 3 or 4 episodes and not really feel like you’ve missed anything. It’s a great show in need of some progression.
I feel like I’m still watching the pilot episode with all the dumb Kryptonite exposed MOW, Lex teetering, Clark pining after Lana, while Lana being obvlious, and Clark discovering some new power. And let’s face it SUPEs doesn’t have THAT many powers to discover.
As much as I don’t like multipart story arcs (i’m impatient so sue me), Smallville needs one, and needs one quickly.
