While I am pretty much over awards season as a thing, there is a Top 10 list to which I pay attention – the annual AFI Top 10 has been very accurate in predicting Oscar nominations – over the last few years, almost every one of their choices has been a Best Film nominee. These nominees they did not choose were foreign films and thus, not eligible for their lists.
