A combination of steady ratings and critical acclaim have garnered FOX series Lucifer a pickup of nine more episodes to complete a full second season order.
The series, based on the character who first appeared in DC’s Sandman comic (created by Neil Gaiman, Sam Kieth and Mike Dringenberg) and his own subsequent title, has been transplanted into a procedural that pairs the Lord of Hell in Self-Exile with a female homicide detective who intrigues him because his powers of persuasion don’t work on her.
Tonight’s new episode, Monster, is a Halloween-themed ep that features a zombie wedding and a unique Halloweening team. For more, read on.
