The 2011 Teen Choice Awards were unusual for any number of reasons – not the least of which was that the latest Twilight movie didn’t glom onto every award in sight. As a result, there was more than the usual amount of suspense as the winners were revealed. Indeed, wizards and tourists also hoisted surfboards on the movie side, while vampires of the non-sparkly variety won a few of the many awards on the television side.
Even some of the presenters – like Emma Stone [pictured] – received awards [in Stone’s case for Actress – Comedy, for Easy A]. Taylor Swift took home the Ultimate Choice Award. The Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco hosted, but the show was shut out.
