Thanks to his social media savvy, The Late, Late Show’s James Corden has reached the billion views total on YouTube.
While various sketches and interviews have rung up some impressive totals, Corden’s Carpool Karaoke bits with Adele (98 million views) and Justin Bieber (73 million views) are far and away the most popular Late night clips on YouTube – and each of his other Carpool Karaoke clips have averaged over 10 million views.
As well as passing the one billion views total, The Late Late Show with James Corden’s YouTube channel has reached 4.7 million subscribers since the show’s debut on March 23, 2015. For more, follow the jump.

Show Holds the Top Two Most Watched Late Night Clips on YouTube
THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN’s YouTube Channel celebrated a new milestone today, surpassing 1 billion total views. In addition, THE LATE LATE SHOW’s YouTube Channel currently has the Top 2 Late Night Clips on YouTube: #1 “Adele Carpool Karaoke” (98 million views) and #2 “Justin Bieber Carpool Karaoke” (73 million views), according to data from Tubular labs.
THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN currently has 100 clips on YouTube with more than one million views each. Among them, the show’s “Carpool Karaoke” segments are consistently viral hits. Each of the 16 “Carpool Karaoke” clips to date has surpassed 10 million views and 10 of the segments have exceeded 20 million views. Other top performing clips on YouTube include “Pitch Perfect Riff-Off with Anna Kendrick & The Filharmonics” (24 million views), “Dodgeball with One Direction” (19 million views) and “James Corden and Tom Hanks Act Out Tom’s Filmography” (16 million views).
In addition to surpassing 1 billion views, THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN’s YouTube Channel has amassed 4.7 million subscribers since the show’s premiere on March 23, 2015.
Recently, THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN won two People’s Voice Webby Awards for online video, one for Entertainment Channel and one for Variety Channel. Also, the show received a Shorty Award, recognizing the show’s social media influence.
