Harry Styles is headed to Los Angeles for a week – and he’s crashing on The Late Late Show’s couch!
Styles will be the first ‘in-person week-long resident’ on The Late, Late Show with James Corden – performing songs from his self-titled debit album and joining Corden in various Late Late Show segments.
He will also show of his Late Late Show tattoo – that he received during his Dec. 3, 2015 appearance, when he lost a game of “Tattoo Roulette.”
Styles’ week on The Late Late Show begins Monday, May 15th (12:37 ET/PT).
Since Carpool Karaoke is going international, it seems that The Late Late Show’s James Corden is looking to continue to conquer the world with another hot virally compatible idea: Drop the Mic – a kind of rap battle in which the opponents freestyle dis each other.
Corden’s got skills, but he keeps getting shown up by the unexpected talents of the likes of Anne Hathaway and, last night, not only David Schwimmer, but a Rebel Wilson who was tired of ‘white boy raps’ so she came on down and stole the show.
Thanks to his social media savvy, The Late, Late Show’s James Corden has reached the billion views total on YouTube.
While various sketches and interviews have rung up some impressive totals, Corden’s Carpool Karaoke bits with Adele (98 million views) and Justin Bieber (73 million views) are far and away the most popular Late night clips on YouTube – and each of his other Carpool Karaoke clips have averaged over 10 million views.
As well as passing the one billion views total, The Late Late Show with James Corden’s YouTube channel has reached 4.7 million subscribers since the show’s debut on March 23, 2015. For more, follow the jump.
