As much as I adored S1 and S2 of The 100, this season has been a hot mess and that was before the episode and death that shall never be mentioned again. Yes I was one of those angry people on twitter. It’s not that Lexa died, that was expected, it was the hack way it was done that drove me nuts. I still haven’t brought myself to watch the last Arkadia centric episode. Why waste my time watching an episode devoted to a bunch of characters I truly despise?
After a 3 week break, The 100 returns this Thursday with the aftermath. Is there any planet where Aden will become the next Heda? Of course not because Jason Rothenberg has become a hack writer. His zeal to “surprise,” at every turn has turned the show into a predictable mess. Always count on the opposite of any logical choice. So of course Ontari will become Heda. I’m not spoiling anything as I haven’t seen the episode, but it’s pretty obvious. We also have Lincoln’s inevitable death to look forward to. Oh joy.
Here’s the official synopsis –
Clarke (Eliza Taylor) discovers a shocking truth, and Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) is forced to make a decision that could have devastating consequences. Meanwhile, Kane (Henry Ian Cusick) and Abby (Paige Turco) share a moment.
