The kidnapping of J.Paul Getty’s grandson, John Paul Getty III, was the biggest news story in the world. It became even bigger when the senior Getty answered a reporter’s question, ‘How much would you pay to ransom your grandson if not 17 million?’

Ridley Scott Developing Sci-Fi Block for TNT!

Ridley Scott (Alien, Blade Runner, The Martian) is developing a sci-fi block for TNT.

Initial plans call for the block to serve as a showcase for hour-long series, short-form programs and other formats to be developed in collaboration with Scott.

This will be Scott’s second project with TNT. He previously served as executive producer on the network’s award-winning CIA miniseries The Company in 2007.

Alien: Covenant: Prologue: What Dr. Shaw and David Did!

At the end of Prometheus, Dr. Elizabeth Shaw (Noomi Rapace) and the synthetic David (Michael Fassbinder) set to find the homeworld of the Engineers.

Did they make it?

The new short, directed by Ridley Scott, Alien: Covenant: Prologue gives us the next chapter in their story.

So Not Much a Paradise Trailer: Alien: Covenant!

The crew of the colony ship Covenant find a virtual paradise – there’s even wheat growing there (‘What are the odds…?’ asks one crew member).

Then another notices something really odd – there’s no sounds of living creatures – no birds or anything…

Comic-Con 2016: Ridley Scott Introduces Season 2 Trailer for The Man In The High Castle!

Everyone’s a Comedian Clip: The Martian!

Martian - Bring Him Home

Mark Damon stars as astronaut Mark Watney in Ridley Scott’s adaptation of The Martian by Andy Weir. During the Ares Mission to Mars, a storm forces the crew to abort the mission and, believing Watney to be dead, leave without them.

With scant supplies, Watney has to figure out a way to contact mission control and then survive until help can arrive.
