“Kung Fu Hustle” is a screwball martial arts comedy. You have not idea of what’s coming next. Very violent and bloody (“R”) with dazzling special effects. A wacky time at the movies! GRADE = “B”

“It’s All Gone Pete Tong” is a fictional documentary about a disc jockey named Frankie Wilde who goes deaf. Lots of booze, cancer sticks, foul language, and drugs plus some ear-shattering sound. The over-the-top performance by Paul Kaye as the dj is about the only reason for seeing this inane comedy. GRADE = “C-”
