All right Episode 2 kicks off with Art joining the Clone club. I love it when shows like this let the supporting characters into the secret. For some strange reason I have the feeling Art’s not going to survive this season. My opinion is based on nothing, no insider knowledge or anything, but mark my words, you read it here first.
Kira calls Sarah, but gets cut off by a weird looking guy. Somehow super Art can trace a call without even expecting it to come in and with it only lasting a few seconds? Ok. Felix tells them it’s probably a trap, but they go anyway, after he gives everyone new “Clone” phones. Cute.
Art confronts Rachel’s bodyguard at the hotel where Kira was kept. Oh no, Felix was right it was a trap! Sarah is kidnapped and taken to see Kira. Turns out Mrs. S. took Kira for her own safety. They are at the original orphanage where she and Felix grew up. Mrs. S. wants to take Kira to Europe for safety. Sarah doesn’t really trust Mrs. S. and for good reason. The people Mrs. S. work with turn out to be Psychos and Mrs. S. takes them out. Where’s Art during all of this?
Allison attends Aynsley’s funeral where the neighborhood women spend a lot of time gossiping about her and giving her dirty looks. She gets unnerved when she starts receiving mysterious text messages. Ok, did I just start watching Pretty Little Liars and didn’t know it? What the heck is this play Allison and her community are working on? Creepy musical and creepier Director is feeling her up when Felix walks in. Allison knows that she killed the wrong person and that her husband Donnie is her monitor. Felix and Allison set Donnie up and he falls into their trap. They now have proof.
Ok, mystery belt buckle guy from last week now has a name – Mark. He’s responsible for saving Elena. Apparently they belong to some weird religious cult. Angie tells Art that Elena is in the hospital, against his wishes she shows up there, but creepy Mark got to her first. He takes her to cult farm. I don’t understand what the heck is going on with all these different factions. Seems to be as many of them as there are clones, I need to create a scorecard to keep up.
Cosima isn’t up to much this week. After convincing Leekie she had nothing to do with Sarah’s break in, she goes about setting up her new lab in her clone jail. Leekie tells her she can have anything she wants. Rachel gives Cosima a stern talking to and is surprised to find out that she’s gay. She wants Cosima to find out why Sarah is different.
Episode ends with Sarah, Kira and Felix skipping town in an old truck and Mrs. S. finding out her long time friends were bought off – then she puts a bullet in them. Mark kills Elena’s original torturer.
