In “Salem“, the battle between Mary Sibley (Janet Montgomery) and Countess Marburg (Lucy Lawless) continues to heighten as Mary embraces her role as a mother. In the same token, John Alden (Shane West) is met with surprise as he reunites with Mary and realizes he has a son–with Mary. Jealousy and betrayal continue to rear its ugly head in the city of Salem. Janet Montgomery took time to talk with reporters about season 2 of “Salem”.
British actress Janet Montgomery took the stage initially as a trained dancer, but found a greater calling to acting. She made her tv debut on the UK teenage drama “Skins” in 2008. Soon after moving to Los Angeles, she continued to conquer tv, appearing in “Entourage”, “The League”, “Human Target”, “Made in Jersey”, “Dancing on the Edge”, and “Spies Of Warsaw”. From her initial foray in such films as “Wrong Turn 3” and “Accused at 17”, she continued to light up the silver screen playing ballerina Madeline in the Academy Award nominee film “Black Swan”and love interest Lady Arabella in “Our Idiot Brother”.
As she dances through numerous roles, dramatic and comedic, period and contemporary, this talented actress continues to make her mark in Hollywood.
