I was on the Set of WGN’s Salem last week and had the chance to speak with Producer/Creator Brannon Braga. After our brief chat about Salem, I had to tell him that Star Trek: Voyager was my favorite Star Trek crew and how disappointed I was that there was never a Voyager movie. He agreed with me, then I told him I read the Voyager books and was upset that they killed Janeway – my favorite Captain! His response – “Ignore the books!” Granted the Voyager books probably are official cannon, but hey, we can always hope that there will be a Voyager movie with Janeway at the helm.
