SNL Goes Goes for Big Finish to 2013!

SNL has announced the hosts and musical guests for its final three episodes of 2013: December 7, Paul Rudd/One direction; December 14 – John Goodman/Kings of Leon; December 21 – Jimmy Fallon/Justin Timberlake. That sounds like a pretty big finish to me.

SNL WRAPS UP DECEMBER WITH THREE STAR-STUDDED SHOWS

December 7 – Paul Rudd/ One Direction; December 14 – John Goodman/ Kings of Leon; December 21 – Jimmy Fallon/ Justin Timberlake

New York, NY – November 21, 2013 – Paul Rudd returns to SNL for his third appearance as host on December 7.  Rudd next stars in the hugely anticipated sequel, “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues,” due in theaters on December 20.  One Direction takes the stage for their second time as musical guest.  Their newest album, “Midnight Memories,” will be released on November 25 and features hit singles “Best Song Ever” and “Story of My Life.”

John Goodman makes his 13th hosting appearance on December 14.  He is currently starring in the Amazon.com original series, “Alpha House” and can soon be seen in the 2013 Cannes Grand Prix winning film, “Inside Llewyn Davis.”  Grammy Award winners Kings of Leon make their third appearance as musical guest.  Their latest album, “Mechanical Bull,” was released on September 24 and debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200 Chart.

On December 21, former cast member Jimmy Fallon returns to Studio 8H for his second time as host.  Currently the host of NBC’s “Late Night,” Fallon will premiere “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on February 17.  Justin Timberlake makes his fifth appearance as musical guest.  Timberlake recently kicked off The 20/20 Experience World Tour in support of “The 20/20 Experience – The Compete Experience” having debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 Chart.  He can next be seen co-starring in the upcoming film, “Inside Llewyn Davis.”  Both Fallon and Timberlake have won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for their work hosting SNL.
