In tomorrow night’s episode of Arrow (The CW, 8/7C), The Scientist, we meet Barry Allen a member of Central City’s crime scene investigation unit who comes to Starling City because of an unusual crime that bears similarities to one committed in his city. Allen, played by Grant Gustin, has a very character-appropriate introduction (he’s late) – which you can see after the jump.
