Ok I’ve never watched more than 10 seconds of Celebrity Apprentice, I hate almost ALL reality shows and refuse to watch them. But this stupid Celebrity Apprentice brings out a whole new level of hatred from me. Not only do I despise Donald Trump but I despise Joan Rivers. How is it this #$##@ is even famous? What the heck has she done in life to justify her Celebrity status? At least the other woman won a poker tournament or something. Which requires actually having some talent. And am I the only one who finds it strange the Rivers was even in this contest considering she’s been good friends with Donald Trump for YEARS???!!!!
Like I said, I never watched the show so maybe the tasks aren’t subjective. But come on I don’t understand why this stupid show is popular or how Donald Trump continues to get away with portraying himself as a successful businessman. He built his first fortune by using his Father’s connections, money and name. Then lost it, built another one and is about to go bankrupt again. He ripped off a bunch of California investors on a multimillion dollar fake real estate deal earlier this year. I used to love The Donald until I read his book The Art of the Deal and found out how he really built his empire. He is successful at one thing and that’s promoting himself. So someone please explain the appeal of this show and Joan Rivers and her #$#@ daughter in particular.

Annie Duke clearly won this one and Donald gave it to Rivers. I can't believe I even bothered watching this season now. This is not "reality" TV, if it was then Annie would have won without a doubt.

It was typical NBC, Left, Left, and Left. What would have happened to Annie if she made comments about Joan's friends equivalent to what Joan called Annie's friends. The Donald has sold out.

Are you kidding me? Are you like ten years old not to understand why Joan Rivers is famous? She is a comedy icon who among other things runs a huge jewelry company, has been nominated for a Tony award for a Broadway play she wrote and starred in. She has an Emmy or two, a Grammy for a comedy album, has written for tv and movies for decades, is Ivy League educated and a true talent.
Annie Duke didn't win because she didn't deserve to win. She is a backstabbing, two-face liar who is too pussy to confront anyone to their face. The only thing she did well was raise money, but in every other effort on Celebrity Apprentice, Joan Rivers did a better job. Plain and simple. Annie played everybody against one another and that is what did her in. Nobody respects her and Donald Trump understood that. The woman so clearly wanted to win and was so sure that she was going to win that she didn't think to pay attention to the other things that matter in business. The woman would suck off a corpse if it suited her purposes.
Joan Rivers won fair and square. Anybody who can achieve all that she has and remain at the top of her profession over forty years later deserves respect. I love that she is 75 years old and still edgy and not afraid to "go there". I never understood why people get so up in arms when she tells a joke about another celebrity. Jay Leno and David Letterman and Chris Rock do it all the time, but when Joan does it she's a bitch. HELLO, she's a comedian!
First let me say that this finale show did NOT need to be 3 hours long. It was like being in labor waiting for the ending. That said, I like Joan Rivers and had never even heard of Annie Duke before this show. Both brought different skill sets to the game. However, Annie acted like a child. If the words "I", "me", or "my" were removed from the English language, she wouldn't have thing to say. She spent most of the episode telling her team members how much Joan disrespected her their absence or letting everyone who would listen know that the designer quit because of Joan. David Turturo quit because he's a drama queen who didn't want to listen to his client. However, it was really unprofessional for him to leave Annie hanging without being "man" enough to tell her why. Even if he couldn't work with Joan, what did that have to do with Annie? I think he figured out that neither he or his assistant could deliver for either contestant. Throughout the show, Annie alternated from beating her chest over her omnipotence or whining about Joan. She even bored her own team members with her constant bitching. During the final task, not once did Joan River say anything negative about Annie – she remained focused on winning. Her party was more exciting and innovative. The impersonators were great and she brought in celebrities who were instantly recognized. Meanwhile, Annie was living in a bubble of "faux-celebrities", with guest poker players who no one knows outside of Las Vegas casinos! On this show, Annie was out of her league. Joan Rivers, in her 75 years, has done everything whereas Annie has only excelled in POKER! Donald Trump made the right decision because Joan is timeless. No one will remember the spiteful, hateful, conniving, and unprofessional Annie Duke after last night. Her face will soon be forgotten – BOTH of them!
i am sooo soory i wasted my time watching theapprentice. after listening to the deplorable comments of the rivers women (not ladies) and watching donald trump slobbering all over them, i knew he would pick joan rivers in a trumped up way. clearly, annie was the victor and lady, and did not stoop to joan and melissa's level of contempt and hateful verbage.

Trump is a classless, dishonest fraud.. and Joan Rivers has always been and continues to be a vile, wicked, two-faced hateful beast. A role model Trump calls her? My God, what the hell kind of insanity was this show trying to push on people? It was like the f'ing Twilight Zone. She viciously attacked anyone that she felt threatened her with no moral compass whatsoever to dictate her behavior. Absolutely sickening to watch. And Melissa.. the sad, delusional, spoiled-rotten egomaniac, so ugly inside and out. Poor Annie.. I hope she understands that every intelligent, honest viewer out there saw the truth of what happened…and she deserved so much better. Reality tv sunk to a new low which I didn't think was possible, but Trump and the Rivers witches managed to reach rock bottom.
I have loved Celebrity Apprentice since the beginning, as well as the original " The Apprentice". My daughter actually worked for Mark Burnett on the original. I have lost all respect for Mr. Trump and felt Annie was totally screwed. Joan and Melissa's behavior on the show SHOCKED ME! How come it is okay on their terms so say the most vile things about people and Trump allowed this insane behavior to exist? Not only that but he rewarded these people for it! As a business owner myself, I would never allow such behavior in my boardroom, period. Joan said very cruel things to Brandy, Clint, Annie, anyone who got in her way. Can you imagine if someone made an anti-semetic comment? All hell would brake loose! But she somehow just make whatever comment she pleases about groups of people. "A poker player….a POOOker Player"! "Dumb Blonds", etc. She and her daughter lied and that was okay by Trump.
I am truly embarrassed for all women in America to have her as a "role model", as well as her daughter. I despise Trump now as it was obvious that he wanted Joan to win and will never watch this show again, or any other show of his for that matter!

Annie duke CLEARLY won! She was tough, really smart and intelligent, was in control of every task, such a logical person who won every kind of task from cookking an entree to writing a jingle to running an auction AND is a mother of 4!!! Its clear that the show was rigged or trump made a deal with rivers or rivers just bought her own victory (he is going bankrupt after all). Lost all respect for trump – will never watch his show again. Sad that Ivanka and Don Jr (who both seem so reasonable and intelligent to me) did not stop him from making this ridiculous choice and turning the show into a joke. Joan rivers was an embarassment to herself, to the show, and to professional women everywhere. Why do people like her?
