Things aren’t looking good for Dr. Harrison Wells – Barry and Joe have shared their belief that he’s the Reverse-Flash and Cisco has been having flashes from the alternate timeline in which Wells killed him.
As the tension mounts proving Wells’ nefariousness comes closer – and with the appearance of Gorilla Grodd in the offing – The CW has released a new video in support of The Flash’s (Tuesdays, 8/7C) final three season two episodes. Check it out after the jump.
During heir panels at the annual paean to quality television that is PaleyFest, the executive producers of Arrow and The Flash teased their audiences with a couple of dazzling sizzle reels to give them a taste of the rest of those shows’ current seasons.
Those reels were pirated and posted to YouTube but, from all accounts, were pretty fuzzy and more than a little askew. As the way of Greg Berlanti & Co., realizing that their sizzle reels had gone public, they decided to post the actual reels so that everyone could see what all the fuss was about.

With The Flash returning in a week, The CW has released a super-teaser highlighting the new (improved?) Weather Wizard; the return of Captain Cold, Heatwave and the Captain’s villainous sister, and the original, Mark Hamill, Trickster – plus his copycat! All of which bodes ill for the Scarlet Speedster…

Tonight’s episode of The Flash (The CW, 8/7C) finds Barry Allen confronting the man who killed his mother. That’s right, the creators of the series are springing this gut-wrenching moment on The Flash’s fall finale in The Man In The Yellow Suit. and this is the Christmas ep, folks!

In the comics, The Flash has been known to get a little cocky. He has also been known to run across bodies of water. This new teaser shows both – as it gives us a glimpse of Robert Knepper’s Clock King and lets us see an imperiled Harrison Wells and a very supportive Iris West.

Tom Cavanagh has been enjoying an atypically long recurring as pro golfer Jack on Royal Pains [USA, Wednesdays, 10/9C] this season. On Monday, he spoke with a group of journalists/bloggers about working on the show, the challenges of playing someone who is sick but trying not to show it, and just what the holdup is on the long-awaited Ed DVDs.
