AMC has renewed its ‘mystical modern-day fable,’ Lodge 49 ahead of its first season finale.
Lodge 49 is ‘a light-hearted, endearing modern fable set in Long Beach, California about a disarmingly optimistic local ex-surfer, Dud (Russell), who’s drifting after the death of his father and collapse of the family business.’
Lodge 49 follows Better Call on Mondays (10/9C).

Lodge 49 – a series about a man who joins a fraternal order hoping to reclaim the happy lifestyle he had before his father died – has been ordered to series, with a ten-episode first season, by AMC.
The series is created by Jim Gavin, author of Middle Men and Pushing Daisies alum Peter Ocko will be showrunner. For more, read on.

A struggle of power and control set in the rugged hills of Appalachia, “Outsiders” explores the epic battle between the Farrell Clan, a tight-knit family of renegades who have lived atop the rugged Shay Mountain for over two hundred years, and their fight to defend their way of life from the town below and anyone who would dare to challenge them.
A new teaser has been released built around the clan’s rallying cry, ‘Ged-Gedyah,’ which loosely translates to ‘Hell Yeah!’ Outsiders premiere on WGN America on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 (9/8C). Check out the new teaser after the break.

Damien Lewis stars as Bobby ‘Axe’ Axelrod, a man with eff-you money in Showtime’s new series, Billions. He’s also the one link to three different companies that seem to be causing ‘trading irregularities’ – and about to face the wrath of U.S. Attorney, Chuck Rhoades, played by Paul Giamatti.

Brian Wilson is a genius. The scope and quality of the music he’s composed over his lifetime is testament to that. For a long time, he was a tortured genius.
Love & Mercy is Brian Wilson’s story and, unlike a lot of biopics, it doesn’t gloss over anything – Wilson has described it as ‘factual’ in a number of interviews since it was made. It is an absorbing look at Wilson’s life – as much of a look as can be covered in a couple of hours – and it one of the best biopics movies in years.

WGN America’s new series, Outsiders, began production today in and around Pittsburgh, PA.
The series, about an Appalachian clan struggling to maintain their world and way of live, was created and written by award-winning playwright Peter Mattei – who will executive produce along with Peter Tolan (Rescue Me) and Paul Giamatti.
The Outsiders cast includes: David Morse (Treme, Hurt Locker), Joe Anderson (Across The Universe), Phyllis Somerville (The Big C) and Gillian Alexy (The Americans, Damages).

Warner Bros. disaster flick, San Andreas, has a very scary new trailer. Even star Dwayne Johnson – as a rescue helicopter pilot named Ray – looks tiny in comparison to The Big One.

What if a massive earthquake happened along the San Andreas Fault?
That’s the premise of the epic Dwayne Johnson disaster flick San Andreas, which finds Ray (Johnson) and his estranged wife, Emma (Carla Gugino), trying to get from Los Angeles to San Francisco to find their daughter, Blake (Alexandra Daddario).
