If you love Godzilla, Bruce Willis or cult classic Billy Jack, you’ll find them on Sony Movie channel to kick off 2016.
A Bruce Willis double feature (Blind Date, Hudson Hawk) sets the tone on January 5th; Natalie Portman’s screen debut – The Professional – premieres on January 18th; Ray Harryhausen’s classic Jason and the Argonauts launches on January 28th; the Godzilla triple feature of Godzilla vs. Destroyah, Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla and the Roland Emmerich Godzilla stomp all over January 29th, and four Tom Laughlin films – including three Billy Jack movies (Billy Jack, The Trial of Billy Jack and Billy Jack Goes to Washington) – closes out the month on January 30th.

The A-list roster includes a Bruce Willis two-pack, as well as broadcast premieres of OPERATION ROGUE and STRANGER WITHIN; crime thrillers starring Natalie Portman and Sandra Bullock; a Tom Laughlin four-pack on January 31, and more. Bruce Willis Take Two Tuesday Double Feature—Tues., Jan. 5 at 8:15 p.m. ET
SMC celebrates Bruce Willis with a special two-pack, featuring his first starring role as a man whose life is turned upside down by an ill-fated evening with Kim Basinger in BLIND DATE. And Willis’ blackmailed thief must pull off the ultimate Art heist in the 1991 comedy HUDSON HAWK, with Danny Aiello, Andie MacDowell and James Coburn.
OPERATION ROGUE (2014)—Broadcast Premiere—Mon., Jan. 18 at 10 p.m. ET
Mark Dacascos leads Marines behind enemy lines to stop a terrorist bomb plot and rescue Treat Williams’ daughter, in this thriller produced by cult icon Roger Corman.

Natalie Portman makes her big screen debut as a young orphan seeking to avenge her parents’ murder, with the help of master assassin Jean Reno.

BILLY JACK Marathon—Sat., Jan. 30, Starting at 2:05 p.m. ET
The month comes to a close with a night of films highlighting cult hero Tom Laughlin, as he protects peaceful students from angry townsfolk in his signature film, BILLY JACK. Then, the Vietnam vet takes the stand in THE TRIAL OF BILLY JACK, and battles shady politicians in BILLY JACK GOES TO WASHINGTON. And Laughlin stars as a gun-slinging swordsman who comes to the aid of Mexican landowners in THE MASTER GUNFIGHTER, with Burgess Meredith.
