UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. — Oct. 14, 2013 — Golden Globe winner Tina Fey and Golden Globe nominee Amy Poehler (“Parks and Recreation”) have signed on to host NBC’s exclusive coverage of “The 71st Annual Golden Globe Awards,” which will be broadcast live on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. (PT) and 8-11 p.m. (ET) from the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills.

The announcement was made today by Hollywood Foreign Press Association president Theo Kingma, dick clark productions and NBC.
“Tina and Amy are two of the most talented comedic writer/performers in our business and they were a major reason the Golden Globes was the most entertaining awards show of last season,” said Paul Telegdy, President, Alternative and Late Night Programming, NBC Entertainment. “We’re elated they wanted to host together again and that they committed for the next two years.”
“We are thrilled Amy and Tina have decided to return as hosts of the Golden Globe Awards for the next two years,” said Kingma. “Their return ensures that the Golden Globes will once again be the biggest, best and most entertaining awards celebration of the year.”
“Tina and Amy have a truly unique chemistry making them one of the most talented and captivating pairings of all-time,” said Allen Shapiro, CEO of dick clark productions. “We are thrilled to have them back in 2014 and 2015.”
