When Sherlock Holmes returns to London in Sherlock, Series 3, things have changed. Watson, for example has moved on with his life and is engaged to Mary Morstan. In an interview released online by BBC One, Sherlock creators/showrunners Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss talk about Sherlock’s discomfort at being in new (for him) situations – and the introduction of the one villain whom Sherlock actually hated according to canon.
