With the milestone 100th episode, Supernatural S5.18 Point of No Return set to air on April 15th, now comes word that the hit CW Network series has garnered 3 nominations for the 2010 Constellation Awards.
The Constellation Awards are Canada’s annual science fiction awards focused on rewarding excellence in science fiction film and television. Now in its fourth year, The Constellation Awards celebrate and honour the actors, writers, and technical artists behind the best of today’s science fiction film and TV works – with an added focus on Canadian contributions to science fiction film and television.
The 2010 Constellation Awards ceremony will be held at Polaris 24 on July 17th, 2010.
The three nominations Supernatural has garnered in the 2010 Constellation awards are as follows:
Best Science Fiction Television Series of 2009
– Supernatural
Best Male Performance in a 2009 Science Fiction Television Episode
– Jensen Ackles for The End
– Misha Collins for The Rapture
Best Female Performance in a 2009 Science Fiction Television Episode
– Alona Tal in Abandon All Hope
