Starting on Monday, May 11th, the folks at the CW Network are getting out their fancy Clothes as two of their hit series get ready to go to the prom and one prepares for a wedding!
The festivities start on Monday May 11th at 8PM EST in a Gossip Girl episode titled, Valley Girl. Blair (Leighton Meester) and Nate (Chace Crawford) attend prom together, but run into interference from Chuck (Ed Westwick) and the evening goes decidedly awry for them. While things are not working out as planned for Blair and Nate, Lily Rhodes has a flashback to the 80s where her seventeen year old self (Brittany Snow) has been kicked out of boarding school and runs away to Los Angeles where she hooks up with her parents, Rick (Andrew McCarthy) and Cece (guest star Cynthia Watros, "Lost"), and sister, Carol (Krysten Ritter). Special musical guest is the 80’s group No Doubt who are appearing in the episode as ‘Snowed Out’ and will be debuting their cover of Adam Ant’s Stand and Deliver.
At 9PM EST, One Tree Hill in an episode titled Forever and Almost Always, Peyton (Hilarie Burton) and Lucas’ (Chad Michael Murray) wedding day has finally arrived and surprise guests attend. Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) plays an unexpected role in the ceremony while Nathan (James Lafferty) hopes to be called up to the NBA. Skills (Antwon Tanner) keeps Jamie (Jackson Brundage) on a short leash, and Brooke (Sophia Bush) does the same with Nick Lachey (appearing as himself).
On Tuesday May 12th at 9PM EST 90210 is going to the prom as well. In an episode titled Zero Tolerance, Students at West Beverly prepare to go all out for the prom, Annie (Shenae Grimes), Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes), Naomi (AnnaLynn McCord), and Silver(Jessica Stroup) set out to get glam up by shopping for the perfect gowns and visiting a famous hair stylist.
