The cat’s out of the bag so to speak and The Penguin has made his triumphant return to Gotham! Robin Lord Taylor’s Penguin is alive and well but has changed sides in the war to rule Gotham. Jumping ship from being Fish Mooney’s pet to joing Maroni’s crew as his right hand man is stirring things up. But that’s not all! Penguin is really a double agent working for Falcone. Something tells me the Penguin isn’t finished with his double crossing ways.
