NBC’s Grimm [Fridays, 10/9C] is, ostensibly about a cop who discovers that Grimm’s Fairytales were fact – and has to deal with the descendants of those long-ago stories, but Silas Weir Mitchell’s Clockmaker – and reformed blutbad – gets most of the best moments.
