Streaming Network Releases Trailer for First Scripted Drama Starring Dennis Quaid, Christian Cooke, Cary Elwes and Kate Bosworth

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (Aug. 5, 2015) – At the bi-annual gathering of the Television Critics Association, Crackle announced the November 19th debut of the network’s first scripted drama, “The Art of More.”

In conjunction with their presentation, which featured “The Art of More” castmembers Dennis Quaid (also executive producer) Christian Cooke, Cary Elwes and Kate Bosworth, the streaming network also released the first-look trailer for the 10-episode, hour-long drama which delves into the underbelly and surprisingly cutthroat and glamorous world of premium auction houses.

Castmembers were joined by executive producer Gardner Stern and writer Chuck Rose to discuss the series which follows Graham Connor (Cooke), a blue-collar upstart who leverages his way into this exclusive realm by exploiting connections to antiquities smuggling rings he was exposed to as a soldier in Iraq. Also inhabiting this rarified world is Sam Brukner (Quaid), a self-made billionaire, one who was pretty ruthless on his way up the food chain in the real estate world. Now he’s a tycoon with access to everything he wants and wants everyone to know it – he’s a collector of both art and people. Graham’s mentor is Arthur Davenport (Elwes), a shrewd and eccentric world-class collector of art and illegal antiquities. Roxanna Whitney (Bosworth) is a leading account executive and rival to Graham. The daughter of the CEO of one of the two warring auction houses—she was born into this exclusive world and thrives in it. However, she is riddled with insecurities that drive her to be formidable.

“The Art of More” stars Dennis Quaid (“Vegas,” ANY GIVEN SUNDAY). Christian Cooke (“Magic City”), Cary Elwes (THE PRINCESS BRIDE, SAW) and Kate Bosworth (STILL ALICE).

Writers and Executive Producers: Gardner Stern (“NYPD Blue,” “Law and Order”) and Chuck Rose. Executive Producers: Dennis Quaid, Laurence Mark (Last Vegas, Julie & Julia, Dreamgirls), Gary Fleder (Runaway Jury, “The Shield”) and Tamara Chestna.
