Here’s something interesting. The folks at JVC have just launched a brand new HDTV set – the JVC Xiview LT-42WX70 designed for folks who use Digital SLR Cameras. The theory is that you high-end photographers want a television that’s truly capable of reproducing all of your super sharp images as perfectly as possible. But really, you have to have Superman type vision to see all the different colors. When I get back to DC next month, I’ll ask JVC to send me one to take for a spin. At $2,300 and some change it’s a bit pricey for a 42-inch set, but it’s full 1080P with 120 Mhz.
