Blufin Announces Street Fighter V and Mortal Kombat Exclusive Figures for New York Comic-Con 2017!

Bluefin will be breaking out three exclusive figures for New York Comic-Con 2017 –  Street Fighter V’s Hot Ryu (Black Pants Ver.), Ryu (Brown Gi Ver.) and Noob Saibot (Special Edition).

Fans and collectors can also meet Street Fighter V Lead Character Designer, Kiki, at the Bluefin booth.

New York Comic Con takes place October 5th – 8th at the Javits Convention Center in Manhattan.

Bluefin To Preview Mortal Combat and Street fight Fighter V Figures at San Diego Comic-Con 2017

Bluefin will preview new Storm Collectibles figures from Mortal Combat (Noob Saibot) and Street Fight V (Hot Ryu) at San Diego Comic-Con 2017.

Inspired by two of video gaming’s most popular fighting titles, these new figures will be offered as Limited Edition 2017 Comic-Con Exclusives and will be available only from Bluefin during the convention. Each poseable figure stands 7 inches tall and features more than 30 points of articulation.

San Diego Comic-Con 2017 takes place at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California, during the weekend of July 19 – July 23.

Mortal Kombat To Be Rebooted As Web Series!

Mortal Kombat was one of the very few movie adaptations of a videogame to actually work. No surprise then, that the franchise is making a comeback – the surprise is that it will be a web series starring Michael Jai White [Spawn, Black Dynamite] and Jeri Ryan [Star Trek Voyager, Dark Skies], according to a report by ew.com’s Darren Franich.

An even bigger surprise is that White and Ryan will be reprising the roles they played in the above video – a kind of unofficial test reel written and directed by Kevin Tancharoen, who will be working on the series.

Shooting for Mortal Kombat is underway for a premiere somewhere around the time of the new Mortal Kombat game.
