French-Canadian actor Maxim Roy has been cast as Jocelyn Fray, mother of Shadowhunters’ heroine, Clary Fray (Katherine McNamara). Roy is probably best known for ReGenesis (which also featured the young Ellen Page) and Heartland – two Canadian shows that developed a following in the US. For more, follow the jump.
