Juan Giménez, Legendary Artist on The Metabarons, Dies of COVID-19 Complications!

Juan Giménez – the legendary artist who worked with Alejandro Jodorowsky on the classic Metabarons Saga (distributed by Humanoids) – has died of COVID-19 complications. He was 75. Humanoids paid tribute to him in a statement released today.

Legendary comics writer/editior/publisher Mark Waid has been named publisher of Humanoids – the publisher of world-class science fiction graphic novels. The company will also re-issue several classic graphic novels – including Barbarella, The Incal and The Seven Lives of Alejandro Jodorowsky. Details follow.
