Bob’s Burgers goes beyond entertainment through typical slapstick comedy through animation. It showcases two parents who love and accept their kids and all of their unusual quirks from writing 80’s movie themed musicals to writing erotic friend fiction. It’s a show that has changed the landscape of the animated series on television with parent’s Bob (H. Jon Benjamin) and Linda Belcher (John Roberts) along with their eccentric children Tina (Dan Mintz), Gene (Eugene Mirman) and Louise (Kristen Schaal).
In honor of tonight’s new episode we’re sharing our recent chat with the cast and creators of TV’s favorite family the Belcher’s. Full video interview after the jump!
FX hit series Archer [Thursdays, 10/9C] wraps up its third season with the conclusion of the two-part Space Race. Check out the teaser following the jump for the tiniest hint of the hilarity that awaits. Wait a minute! Kill a unicorn?!? What?
Check out the fate that befalls ISIS’ Agent Ray Gillette in this new video [if you thought he was bitchy before, just imagine how this would make him feel!] – and after the jump, Sterling Archer gives new meaning to the phrase, ‘the most dangerous game’ in a preview of next week’s all-new episode of Archer: El Contador!
FX’s animated cult hit, Archer [Thursdays, 10/9C], returns this week with The Man From Jupiter, guest-starring Burt Reynolds [as himself], who just happens to be dating ISIS chief Malory Archer – something that that Sterling Archer finds more upsetting than the Cuban hit squad that is out to kill him.
On Friday the 13th [perhaps not the most auspicious day], H. Jon Benjamin, the voice of Stirling Archer, spoke with a group of bloggers/journalists about that and the proverbial much, much more. What followed was a wee bit stranger than the usual celebrity Q&A…
Although I’m not a huge fan of live action TV shows in which the characters are all reprehensible beyond redemption [*cough* It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia *cough*], the morally repugnant characters of the FX cult hit Archer are funny beyond all reason. The Season Two DVD set is a real killer in that regard.
The Bandit is taking on the head of ISIS – on a date, that is! Burt Reynolds is appearing on FX’s hit animated spy spoof, Archer – as himself – in the January episode entitled, ‘The Man From Jupiter’ [Reynolds’ home in Florida], in which he dates Malory Archer – much to her son’s great displeasure.
