So, who really enjoys the series “Jeremiah”?
I actually sat down and watched the entire 1st season and am completely addicted. If you didnt know, it is a series created by “JMS”, who did Babylon 5. I cannot wait for more to come. The scene is set in a world destroyed by a virus contagen set loose by scientists that kills anyone over the age of puberty. 15 years later, the youth that remained struggle to reclaim a world that destroyed evrything and everyone they once loved. The main characters of the show are Luke Perry and Malcolm Jamal Warner, a two man team set out to protect the innocent and find a reason to the disaster and rebuild their fragile existence. A twist is pre-set in the series, where Luke Perry’s father actually played a major role in the release of the original virus and may still be alive….and so the search for truth becomes even more complicated for Jeremiah (Luke Perry), as the complications in rivalry and competition for military composts and weaponry often times make his journey perilous. The ultimate pending doom is the newfound destructive capabilities of mankind with all the technological advancements of the previous generation left behind…but without our own history to learn from.
