Season two of CBS Dream Team, It’s Epic! Saturday morning series The Inspectors has begun production in Charleston, Virginia.
The Inspectors is set Washington, DC and follows paralyzed teen Preston Wainwright, who works as an intern for the US Postal Service, helping his U.S. Postal Inspector mom solve crimes like internet scams, and identity and postal fraud.
The Inspectors will return to the Saturday morning with 22 new episodes beginning in the fall. For further details, follow the jump.

CBS today announced that the second season of THE INSPECTORS, the first original scripted drama series to be part of the CBS DREAM TEAM, IT’S EPIC!, has started production in Charleston, S.C. The award-winning series will return to the acclaimed three-hour CBS Saturday morning block for season two in fall 2016 with 22 new episodes on the CBS Television Network.
THE INSPECTORS, part of the diverse, family-friendly Saturday morning lineup, was recently recognized by the Parents’ Choice Foundation Award, the nation’s oldest nonprofit consumer guide to quality children’s media.
Set in Washington, D.C., and inspired by compelling real cases handled by the United States Postal Inspection Service, the series follows Preston Wainwright (Bret Green), a determined teen thriving after being paralyzed in a car accident, who works as an intern assisting his U.S. Postal Inspector mom, Amanda (Jessica Lundy), to solve crimes that deal with everything from internet scams, identity and mail theft to consumer fraud.
The second season will feature new storylines designed to entertain and educate the public.
