The second half of Blindspot’s (NBC, Mondays, 9/8C) first season gets off to a pretty great beginning with Cease Forcing Enemy – which begins immediately following the mind-blowing revelation of the fall finale: that Jane is behind her current situation!
Even as Jane is reeling from that revelation, the team is sent off to the Black Sea following Agent Patterson’s latest tattoo discovery. Meanwhile Chief Inspector Fisher, a somewhat pompous investigator for the Office of Professional Responsibility (basically, Internal Affairs) arrives to begin an investigation that resulted in the death of a civilian.
NBC’s hot new drama, Blindspot, has been given a second season order.
The series which has a mythology built around the fresh tattoos on an amnesiac woman with unexpected skills, is one of the top-rated shows on television this fall. For more, follow the jump.

Blindspot (NBC, Mondays, 10/9C) is one of the most intriguing shows this fall. Series creator Martin Gero and his writing team have done a superb job of revealing clues that might lead, eventually, to Jane Doe’s identity – including one that, if correct, might give Agent Weller something he hasn’t had in a very long time: peace of mind.
The teaser for Eight Slim Grins finds Jane confronting the mysterious man from her few returned memories. What will that mean for her and Weller? Check out the teaser for tonight’s episode after the jump.

It’s a bustling Time Square in New York when a beat cop discovers a large duffel bag left alone with a tag that read “Call The FBI”. Once the area is cleared the bomb squad enters the scene to inspect the bag only to discover a naked fully tattooed woman emerging from the duffle bag. “Blindspot” is NBC’s newest series hitting the fall season with a creative premise of a young woman whose mind had been erased and her entire body tattooed with markings of everything from seemingly random numbers and map coordinates to the name of a FBI agent Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton). It’s a puzzle within a puzzle first trying to determine who the young woman referred to as Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander) truly is and what the vastly unique markings across her body will reveal.
If you’re feeling a little Jason Bourne déjà vu that’s ok you’re not alone. The series has been promoted as the female Jason Bourne launching its lead actress Jaimie Alexander’s character into the world of special forces badass with a questionable past at best.
