Here are a couple of Rambo news items. Originally Lionsgate wasn’t going to screen the movie for Critics, but they relented at the last minute and had a press screening tonight. Unfortuanately, it’s at a hard to get to theater here in DC so I’m going to stick to my original plan and catch it sometime this weekend – probably Saturday morning. Based on the trailers it looks like it’ll be classic Rambo – what’s not to like? In the meantime check out the latest trailer. For snicks you should check out Aint It Cool News, Stallone has been answering questions for the last few days.
“Rambo” is an adventure film that is set in and around Burma. Sylvester Stallone is the star, co-writer, and director of this overblown (in many ways) piece of something. Excessive and repetitive violence with lots of inspirational foreground music, explosions, and messages. Basically for Rambo fans.
