The worldwide rights for Seth Rogen’s briny take on the Rip Van Winkle story – American Pickle – have been picked up by HBO Max for release on the streamer’s Warner Max label. In the film, Rogen plays Herschel Greenbaum and his great grandson, Ben Greenbaum.
